Hi! I’m Emi. I’m glad you found your way here.

As a dedicated mental health practitioner, I’m driven by a passion for helping clients find happiness, healing, and well-being. My focus lies in offering high-quality, supportive therapy for those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I have a heart for helping women who find themselves facing pregnancy and postpartum related concerns.

My approach to therapy centers on the belief that every client possesses a unique set of strengths and abilities that can be utilized to help support their change and growth process. I find purpose in connecting with and walking alongside clients on their journey to wellness, self-discovery and embracing their most authentic selves. My style incorporates a blend of warmth, genuineness, straight-forwardness and practicality. My role is to meet clients where they’re at, embracing and honoring each individual’s process.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and completed my graduate work at Southern Methodist University. When I’m not in the counseling room, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family and friends, watching a Formula 1 grand prix, or checking out a live music event. There’s no better time than now to get started. I look forward to connecting with you.
